The kingdom of God is not at hand

The kingdom of heaven is no more at hand.
I think it would be nice if the kingdom of God was at hand. Think about many people in the world repenting, selling their goods, and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is just a dream and many people today are in a dream. The kingdom of God is not at hand. What at hand is the dispensation of grace but because it is not a dream anymore people do not like it..
Matt.3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.Matt.4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matt.10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
The earthly kingdom is not at hand because they reject the king. There is no kingdom without a king.
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: Acts 1:3
Can you imagen meeting with the Lord for 40 days? Can you imagen a world top in 2022 where the Lord tell all the religious leaders that they should start teaching the dispensation of grace is at hand?
So the lord Jesus Christ after the resurrection told them about the change. The kingdom is NOT at hand.
First thing first
4…. they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
So now they need just to wait for the gift of the spirit so they will get power From God. Power for what? They sell all things to be in unity to perform miracles.
As you go further reading the book of acts you will learn that The kingdom of heaven is no more at hand.
, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons
6When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
It is very strange till today. People want to know everything. It called speculation about the end time and the return of the Lord to Jerusalem. The answer is simple: It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Let's say you do want to understand the times or the seasons go then to the apostle Paul and the dispensation of grace:
But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.5Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1 Thess 5:1-5
If you do interesting in the future of the body of Christ I will suggest you stay with the apostle Paul
1 Corinthians 15:51 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-16 “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:”
I think that today most people are more into satisfying their curiosity when it is about the future then really into taking God in His word as he gave it to the apostle Paul.
this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come
9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.10And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
You see how the 11 disciples listened to the Lord and accepted His answer concerning the kingdom? wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
testified the kingdom of God,
The book of acts is starting with the kingdom of God acts 1:3 and end with the kingdom of God. Acts 28: 23:28
After we learn that in acts chapter 1 the kingdom is not more at hand because the nation of Israel rejected Christ as king. After Christ saved the apostle Paul acts in chapter 9. We are reading that Paul is also talking about the kingdom of God but now it is about the gospel of God's grace and the church the body of Christ. This kingdom's teaching is not about the earth but the heavenly. This teaching was a mystery in past times till it was first revealed to the apostle Paul.
Acts.14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
Acts.19:8 And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.
Acts.20:25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
Acts.28:23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. 31 Preaching the kingdom of God and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.
I can only say that after E.W Bullinger 1837 – 1913 introduced his famous theology about the early days of Paul's ministry. In 2022 there is much confusion among the brethren concerning Paul's kingdom preaching
Rom.14 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
1Cor.4:20 For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power.
1Cor.6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
1Cor.15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Gal.5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Col.4:11 And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
2Thes.1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
